Visa Support

Participants who wish to get an invitation letter from the Belarusian State University for obtaining Belarusian visa need to send to the Organizing Committee (contact person is Helena Ageeva, email: helenaageeva@gmail.com) the following information:

1. Full name (first name, family name);
2. Date of birth;
3. Citizenship;
4. State of residence;
5. Passport (or another travel document) number;
6. Passport (or another travel document) date of issue;
7. Passport (or another travel document) expiration date;
8. Place of employment;
9. Position;
10. Kind of activity at the place of employment (e.g., research, lecturing, etc.);
11. Expected dates of arrival and departure;
12. The diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus where you plan to apply for visa;

All this information is necessary for the BSU invitation letter. Such a letter is required for visa application by diplomatic representations of the Republic of Belarus in case the main purpose of the visit is participation in a conference.

To prevent unexpected delays caused by summer vacations, please send the required information at your earliest convenience, but not later than May 31, 201.
